Rule 101
Can give instructions
The Ministry can give instructions to the Nepali Army to organize the management related work to be done and done within the Nepali Army, including work related to financial and material administration, replenishment of endowment goods. The Ministry may inspect and monitor various units of the Nepali Army and request related documents as per the requirement before issuing instructions. Such inspection and monitoring work will be done in coordination with the Nepali Army.
